We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or any wrong article was received by the customer.

Store manager/staff may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion.

Only If, an item is defective or wrong, we will gladly provide a replacement.

In case, if exchange request is processed, customer will send product on their own. Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.

However, if an item is being returned for any other reason, exchange request will not be admissible.
