Our Exchange policy allows customers to exchange an item within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. If an item is defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement, provided that an admissible proof is presented .
