This Pickle Shoulder Bag is crafted from multiple panels of multi-colour fabric that is embellished with crystals. There is a gold metal eagle head with rainbow crystals sat on the front flap.

Exchange and Return:

To exchange your order, you can email us or WhatsApp us at (+923209445910).

Our Exchange policy allows customers to exchange an item within 3 days after receiving the Parcel or buying from store, provided that original invoice is provided.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or any wrong article was received by the customer.

Store manager/staff may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion.

Exchange is not possible without the original receipt.

Only If, an item is defective or wrong, we will gladly provide a replacement.

In case, if exchange request is processed, customer will send product on their own. Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.

However, if an item is being returned for any other reason, exchange request will not be admissible.

Please note that additional charges will be charged on your exchanged order: Rs. 500 will apply for every courier shipment.
